I wrote this trap-soul fusion track after realising how many of my male friends were struggling in silence about their mental health, especially since the pandemic.

'Ghosts' is about battling those inner demons and the process of slowly letting the "light in". I hope it reduces the stigma around mental health, particularly for men, and moves your' head, heart & feet.

I worked with an amazing female producer Brrrrravo to arrange/mix the track and BlueBirdSound to master it. Hope you connect with it 🙏🏼
